Now on in all those games event e.g asian/olympic/commonwealth as an #Indian I think we need to focus consciously on converting all those silver medals to gold one alongside bronze to minimum silver with an absolute focus on keeping the number of gold medal obtaine during previous eventuality intact; is not it ? #JaiHo
